Our network consists of dependable service companies that serve all of our customers’ commercial refrigeration and restaurant equipment supply needs. This network includes BLUE AIR Authorized Distributors, dealers, and contracted service companies that maintain a full line of service parts. Our customers simply need to pick up the phone to contact our service department for their service needs.
Once you contacted Blue Air, we will begin to trouble shoot your problems and work to resolve the problem with one phone call. (We have found that lots of customer issues can be fixed during that first call.) If we cannot resolve the problem in that first call, Blue Air will dispatch a private, reputable service company based on your location. Blue Air will take care of your needs, ranging from double door refrigeration repair to pizza prep table issues, and repair the product.
